TOP Construction Company, Inc. Celebrates Anniversary

On Tuesday evening, October 9, 2007, the leadership of TOP Construction Company, Inc. celebrated its tenth anniversary with approximately 100 of their business clients at a celebration held at the Best Western of Burlington and dinner provided by The Chop House of Burlington. The evening's celebration also served as a special tribute to the life and career of Donald W. Perry. The Donald W. Perry Company is the local division of TOP Construction Company, Inc. The Donald W. Perry Company has been serving the construction needs of Alamance and surrounding counties since 1959.

Doug Uhler, President and CEO of TOP Construction Company, Inc. hosted the evening and provided a sincere and heartfelt expression of appreciation for the opportunity to partner with local business and industry to provide quality and efficient commerical construction services. Mr. Uhler also introduced a video presentation on TOP Construction and his personal and professional interaction with the late Donald W. Perry.

TOP Construction Company was honored to have many of the family memebers of Donald W. Perry present for the recognition. Mr. Uhler announced that a contribution was being made to Elon University to the Donald W. and Shirley Perry Scholarship Fund as an expression of the life and work of Mr. Perry.

During the evening, Ray Uhler, Vice President of TOP Construction Company, was honored for his 28 years of service to the company. He was hired by Mr. Perry and his talents have served the company since 1979.
